🔔 Update on my orders
You can check the statues of your order in your My Orders section. You can find this in the menu heading or when hovering over your account you will get a dropdown list. You will also receive email conformation for your order stating it is shipped and being delivered to you.
🔄 Refund on orders
To request for a refund for one of your orders please email us at support@aquagallon.co.uk with your name and order number. We will look into it. Allow up to 15 days to receive your refund. For more information about this please visit our Returns & Refunds page to learn more about this.
