To view your order history you can click on top of your menu that state 'Orders' or going into your 'account setting' and selecting orders in the drop down. In this section you will find all of your orders and the statues of your order.

If you want to update your order or edit it please contact our support team at support@aquagallon.co.uk (support@aquagallons.co.uk) If you want to see any updates on your orders, visit your orders page.

You can track the statues of your order by visiting the orders page, there you will see the statues of your order. This will show if it is fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. If you wish to discuss the statues of your order in more depth with one of our representatives, please contact: support@aquagallon.co.uk.

If you wish to cancel your order with us, please contact support@aquagallon.co.uk (support@aquagallons.co.uk)referencing your name and order number.

if you are unsatisfied with your order being damaged and arriving late, contact support@aquagallon.co.uk (support@aquagallons.co.uk)by requesting a refund with your references such as name, order number, and proof of photo supporting this.

To view your subscritions, click on your account profile and you will be prompted with 5 options, click the "My Subscritions" option. This will allow you to view and manage your subscriptions you've purchased.

To cancel your weekly delivery subscription, click on your account profile and you will be prompted with an option called "My Subscriptions". This will take you to your subscriptions, you can manage or cancel your weekly subscriptions in this screen. Note: You must have an account with us to do this.
